The beautiful village of Gulaba is also located here at about 25 kms from Manali in Himachal Pradesh. Tourists can enjoy snowfall at its fullest here. Located 4000 metres above sea level, Gulaba has been the famous tourist destination for skiing and other adventure games. This village is named after Raja Gulab Singh of Kashmir, who stayed here while attacking China. The nearest airport is located 65 kms away at Bhuntar from Gulaba. From here you can take bus, taxi or private vehicle to visit Gulaba. The nearest railway station from Gulaba is located 235 kms away at Jogindernagar. If you want to visit this place by road, buses from New Delhi, Chandigarh, Pathankot and Shimla run on daily basis to Manali.
